Office business hours are from 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM from Monday to Friday. However, everyone in the firm is available to take calls outside of business hours should there be a pressing need from the client's side.
Support Desk is available from 8 AM to 8 PM from Monday to Friday and from 10 AM to 4 PM on Saturday (excluding public holidays). Public holidays do not exceed 10 days in a year. We encourage issue resolution through emails, telephone and remote connection. Onsite support is for emergency cases only.
